What gong baths are and how sound therapy works
The gong is a powerful sound healing tool that can re-tune the human form on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When played expertly with the intention of highest good, gongs can provide healing, stress relief, relaxation, meditation, and spiritual growth.
Sound healing works by vibrating energy forms, including the human body which is made up of 70% water, a great conductor for sound. Each part of the body has its own resonant frequency, and when bathed in sound, it can entrain to the frequencies, bringing harmony and healing.
Gong bath sessions can induce deep relaxation and relieve stress, often leading to a meditative state. You can have varied experiences, ranging from feeling peaceful and re-energised to having visions or past-life experiences. Some may even experience profound healing. Each gong bath is a unique and individual experience, tailored to your needs.

Sessions end with a few minutes' silence called 'shunyata', to integrate the sounds. You’re welcome to share how you're feeling with me or I can leave you to relax.

I am a fully insured and registered gong practitioner with The College of Sound Healing, and completed the Gong Practitioners Training with world-renowned Sheila Whittaker.

In 2024 I completed the Gongmaster Training at Hawkwood College, with the Grandmaster Gong player Don Conreaux and Gongmeister Aidan Mcintyre.​
Prices for private and group sessions

1 hour 1-to-1 session: £40
I can hold the session at my home or in my neighbouring woodland at Brightling.
