About slow flow hatha yoga

My classes are slow flow hatha yoga, which is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us back home to our body, breath and mind in the present moment.
Think meditation in motion, a gentle flow that invites us to practise slowing down and moving with awareness, balance and grace.
I feel this is so important in the fast-paced society we live in nowadays. Time to slow it all down for a bit and tune into how we actually feel and listen to the body and breath.
What to expect at my yoga classes
Retreats and special events
Slow flow yoga is accessible to all, including occasional yogis and those new to yoga. We move a little slower and we hold poses a while longer.

My classes are a relaxed and safe space for you, with like-minded, friendly people. I adapt the classes according to everyone’s needs and provide different options and guidance according to your ability or any health condition.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and cushion for the relaxation at the end, and anything else you need to be comfortable.

Come and place your mat on a space on the floor. We usually have a rough circle arrangement. The group can vary in size each week between anything from 6 to 12 people.
